

Challenge

The company was facing rising print costs, unreliable devices, lost toner supplies, and a reactive service setup. Their existing Sharp A3 and HP A4 devices weren’t delivering the stability or control they needed.
Solution
​
We implemented a full managed print solution, replacing the old equipment with new Sharp A3 and Lexmark A4 devices. To strengthen security and efficiency, Papercut software was introduced to provide visibility, reduce print volumes, and ensure greater control.
Outcome
​
The installation was handled on site and completed seamlessly within the agreed timeframe. Since then, the business has benefitted from improved responsiveness, regular performance reviews, cost reduction, and consistent support. Print volumes and costs have decreased, while uptime and reliability have significantly improved.
